A 2009 study by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) concluded that nearly 90% of buyers search for homes online. This represents an increase of 30% over the past six years. With so many conducting their primary home search on the Internet, it is extremely important to market the property online with professional photography. In a market rich with inventory, the properties that are listed with professional photography will attract the greatest amount of attention.
